Nfinance is an investment banking firm , regulated by the french autorité du contrôle prudentiel and autorite des marches financier and is a member of Euronext.

Our activities are centered around three main businesses:

Investment banking is the principal activity of Nfinance. We provide capital origination and capital raising activities services to companies in all of their stages of development. Our advisory skills span from seed to buyout and for deals with and without debt financing.

Equity research and corporate access. our analysts cover a little over 50 small cap stock trading on the different Euronext market and publish research notes with buy and sell rating. We also publish daily market updates such as midday report .

We also organize on a weekly basis meetings with money managers and CEOs of listed companies.

Market activities include stock and bond brokering and market making. We specialize in the placement of blocks of small cap issuers but trade in all financial instruments in most markets.
